FAQs
How do I restore my past purchases?
If you have reinstalled the app or upgraded to a new device, you can restore your purchases by going to the app's Settings menu and tapping the "Restore Purchases" button. Ensure you are logged into the same Apple ID used to make the original purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
All subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID. To cancel or modify a subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, and select the app from the list.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
First, ensure that you are running the latest version of the app from the App Store and the latest version of iOS. If the app continues to crash, try restarting your device. If the issue persists, please email support with the details of what you were doing right before the crash occurred.
